Who Is Eligible for This Warranty?

MaxxmAlarm customers who purchased the product from authorized dealers/distributors, and who register their product within 30 days of purchase are eligible for this warranty. You also MUST register for an account and fill in all required fields to complete your registration. **Please Note: Even though our system allows you to register your product after 30 days, Your registration will not be valid if registered after the 30 days of purchase.**

 

Who Is NOT eligible?

Products with no Proof of Purchase submitted. **Giveaways and promotional gifting recipients are NOT eligible for this warranty.**


How To Register Properly To Receive Full Warranty?

Step 1:

a. Click "Please select a product" under "Product Name". Scroll the dropdown list to find your product or you can type "LED Light", "illume", "instAlert", "Security Alarm", "Eco Maxx", or "Smart Burglar" to find your device and color (Make sure you select the correct model and color that you purchased from the dropdown list)

b. Fill in Serial Number field with: "MaxxmAlarm Order #...." OR "Marketplace Name, Seller Name, and Order #...."

c. Submit your Proof of Purchase Receipt. The receipt must clearly show Date of Purchase, Seller Name, Order # and Purchase Price

d. Press Register button

Step 2:

a. Fill in all required fields (If you skipped a required field, the registration will NOT be completed)

b. Press Register button one more time

c. You should get a message that says your registration is finished, plus a confirmation email should be sent to you


How Long Does the Coverage Last?

This warranty lasts for one year after your initial purchase date, as shown on your purchase receipt, NOT your warranty registration date.

 

What Does This Warranty Cover?

This warranty covers any operational defects or malfunctions in within 1 year of purchase (Please note your device must be registered within 30 days of purchase, No exceptions will be made)


What Does This Warranty NOT Cover?

This warranty does not cover the cost of return shipping of the device. We will not accept returned devices that show signs of intentional damage. This warranty also does not cover battery replacements for any of our models. Replacement device shipment also NOT covered, if you are located outside the US and outside of the 48 contiguous states of the US.

 

What Will MaxxmAlarm Do?

If you are eligible and meet all the requirements, MaxxmAlarm will send you a 1 time replacement device and ship the item to you free of charge. We only cover shipping within the 48 contiguous states of the US. Additional shipping charges, customs clearance fees and duties will need to be prepaid for all international shipments, and domestic shipments outside of the 48 contiguous states of the US.
