Returns are accepted within 30 days of your order date if merchandise meets the following guidelines:
- All merchandise must be unopened. Any devices with signs of package tampering or damage will not be accepted.
- Your return should contain the undamaged personal alarm and all original shipping packaging.
- Your return should be shipped to us in its original shipping packaging. Any merchandise returned with postage on the personal alarm box will be considered opened and will not be refunded. Your shipping label should be applied to your original packaging only. If your return is sent to us without its original packaging or opened, we will not be able to accept the return.
1. For your protection, we recommend returning items by an insured method such as United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS First Class package. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item. Please make sure your order number is referenced on the shipping label.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to accept liability for returns lost or damaged in transit. Please note that original shipping charges CANNOT be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: In the case of Fraud or Misrepresentation, MaxxmAlarm reserves the right to deny all warranty coverage or claims.
